The method we use for hot water extraction is commonly referred to as 'steam cleaning'. Our hot water extraction method removes your toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently. Hot, soft water and a specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within your carpet fibers. Then, a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 97% of the moisture. It’s the cleaning method most recommended by carpet manufacturers.

This method of cleaning is mainly used for low pile, commercial grade carpet. First, your carpet is pre-treated with an encapsulating cleaning solution. Then a special machine is used to agitate the cleaning solution into your carpet fibers. As the cleaning solution dries, it forms a crystal that encapsulates (or traps) the soil deposits, which are then removed with regular vacuuming. This product may continue to work following your initial cleaning. Any remaining cleaning solution will continue to trap soil. This type of carpet cleaning is best for commercial carpets that are vacuumed on a regular and frequent basis.

Also known as an 'absorbent compound' or 'host cleaning', this type of carpet cleaning uses an attractant to pull soil from the surface of your carpet. First, your carpet is vacuumed. Next, a wet absorbent compound (often resembling wet sawdust) is applied to your carpet. Then a special machine is used to buff and agitate the compound. The soil from your carpet is absorbed into the compound, then completely vacuumed up.
